The “plastak” montage insole is
born out of a serious study of lasts and of
an anatomical research combined with the most
advanced industrial planning.
The researches that have decided the structure
have been brought out of the international parameters
of measurement in the field. These datas has
been used for the standardization of a whole
series of lasts in different heights which answers
the needs of individual comfort to current fashion
and to the anatomical differences that may be
required by different areas of marketing.
Setting up the most advanced productive techniques
in the sector (to do this, special machines
have been built and patented) Plastak manufactures
insoles that do not change the characteristics
of the lasts and follow their structure perfectly.
The result is a series of standardized insoles,
able to satisfy alla the requirements of production.
essential structure of the
insole
| A) |
Insole
of cellulosic material automatically cut
and split |
 |
| B) |
Hole
for fixing insole on mould and for injection
of plastic material |
| C) |
Injected plastic shank welded to insole
forming a single element with characteristic
of high strenght, elasticity and plasticity |

characteristics of solidity
Solidity of
the base: the "Plastak"
montage insole is constructed so that it conforms
in every part of the foot and it is more basically
rigid in the waist than the traditional insole
made of fibre-board
Resistance to
moisture: material
used in the "Plastak" montage insole
is water-repellent >>
traditional insole made from compressed fibre-boards
are easily deformed because of moisture absorbtion
Resistance
to moisture: the waist
line during walking >>>
the "Plastak" montage insole has consistent
strenght during wear, as the injected plastic
fills the whole of the insole from the seat
to the joints but still allows the forepart
to be flexible >>>
so giving greater support and comfort when walking
properties and advantages
in comparision with traditional insoles
Coordinated
seats (heels): two
insoles of different numbers can use the same
seat shape of the heel
Nailing perfectionthe
plastic material of which the shank waist curve
is made, allows a quick and perfect nailing.
Consistent
quality and shape: since
the "Plastak" montage insole is automatically
machine moulded, it ensure that any production
of a certain type will have consistent quality
and shape, and not have the differences between
one insole and another that occurs in traditional
production
Strenght and
shape retaining:
even after long time keeps its qualities of
durability, elasticity and retains the original
shape.
It can be also used for the production
of specialised footwear, such as:
-sport/technical
shoes
-special manufacturing
(es.: military)
-ortopediche
e comfort
-accident prevention
Anticipate the requirements of the footwear
industry:
-to reduce the
assembling times
-to reduce the
production reject
-to propose new
assembling systems
-to permit the standardization and quoting costs
